Installed two 10' grounding rods driven down through the rock fill.  I first tried a sledge hammer from the top of a step ladder but got nowhere fast.  I then built a "thumper" out of pipe and a steel weigh.  It worked well about an inch at a time! Took a while but went in great.  Then ran the grounding wire to the rods.
Insulated the wall where the panel was going, and then covered with a sheet of plywood.  I installed the 100 Amp panel and then ran all the lines in the shop (the background to this page is the wiring diagram I submitted to get my permit).  I spent the next little while installing insulation, vapour barrier and some of the drywall.  Ceiling lights, and fans and all the outlets came next followed by the base board heat.
Happy Day!  After a successful inspection the Hydro worker hooked up the power and I was ready to turn on the heat.
Eventually the rain stopped  ...
... giving me a chance to work on the inside.  These are the last of the pictures I took during the build ( I think I got lazy).  The current status of the shop can be seen on the body work pages.
